- HR+ HER2- postmenopausal women not previously treated with endocrine therapy (ET).
- HR+ advanced breast cancer in postmenopausal women with disease progression following ET
- HR+ HER2- postmenopausal women in combination with Ribociclib, as initial ET or following disease progression on ET
- HR-positive, HER2-negative metastatic breast cancer in combination with palbociclib or abemaciclib in women with disease progression after ET
