FDA Approved Indications of Abeclib
Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma (NHL):
- For adult patients with CD20-positive B-cell NHL — including relapsed/refractory, previously untreated follicular, diffuse large B-cell, or low-grade forms — used alone or in combination with chemotherapy.
Pediatric B-cell Malignancies:
- For patients ≥6 months with mature B-cell NHL or B-cell acute leukemia (B-AL), including DLBCL, BL, and BLL, in combination with chemotherapy.
Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL):
- For adults with previously untreated or treated CD20-positive CLL, in combination with fludarabine and cyclophosphamide.
Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA):
- For adults with moderately to severely active RA, in combination with methotrexate, after inadequate response to TNF antagonist therapies.
Autoimmune Diseases:
- For adults and children (≥2 years) with Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis (GPA) or Microscopic Polyangiitis (MPA), and for adults with moderate to severe Pemphigus Vulgaris (PV).
