FDA Approved Indications
- In Combination with Fluorouracil (5-FU) in Colorectal Cancer Treatment
- To reduce toxicity and counteract the effects of high-dose methotrexate (MTX) in patients receiving chemotherapy
- Indicated for megaloblastic anemia due to folic acid deficiency, such as in pregnancy, malabsorption syndromes, or certain anemias.
